Steven P Lankton

Associate Financial Representative
Office 920-684-5722

Following a 36-year career as a chemical engineer at UOP, now a Honeywell company located in the Chicago area, Steve retired to Manitowoc and joined Richter's team in 2013.  Steve's primary role in the office is running Northwestern Mutual's proprietary Personal Planning Analysis (PPA) software, an industry-leading tool for financial analysis and planning.  After clients complete a confidential questionnaire summarizing their current assets and goals for the future, Steve prepares a PPA report showing how things look, including any gaps that need to be addressed.  The PPA is updated and reviewed with the client on an annual basis at a minimum, and more frequently if desired.

Steve has his life and health insurance licenses, including long term care insurance.  He stays up to date with the latest thinking on the retirement planning topics, with both online courses and off-site seminars.

Steve's primary activity outside Northwestern Mutual is fundraising for the local Wisconsin Maritime Museum.
